A group of 50+ volunteers stepped forward to help give the Tavern a spruce up as a temporary 'fix' whilst plans are being developed.
MAKING PLANS

For over a year, a group of enthusiastic residents has come together to bring forward a practical plan to revive the Tavern as a community pub to serve Elmswell’s fast-expanding population.
The Parish Council bought the whole site to save it from development. The village, therefore, has bought the pub as a going concern and the land behind it for affordable village homes.
